Moctezuma II Ropa / Quest(ion) for WalkerDePlank or other Adventurers

On the http://uwodbmirror.ivyro.net/eg/main.php?id=00030207 webpage is shown a "Moctezuma II Ropa" (no, not to be confused with gold ropas nor concheros ropas nor special ropas), but no other information is mentioned on it -- no quest, no prerequisites info, no location, no nothing -- and I can't find any information on it at OLOUS UWO wiki website.

¿ What quest(s) or skill prerequisites or location(s) access are needed to obtain a "Moctezuma II Ropa" gear ?

from the description, it's same as concheros ropa.

From the stat, it's similar as gold ropas.

After you discover Tenochtitlan, you can search in town for a light to appear somewhere in town. Go to the light and search again.

However the link in Ivyro is incorrect, the Item you get looks the same but it has different stats. The Ivyro has incorrect listed stats.

One you search in Maya Lowlands (Ivyro picture) and the other in search Tenochtitlan City.
