In-game shop glitch stole wrc AND cannot submit a ticket

So the original problem I had= Purchased 2275 wrc, tried to spend 1700 of that wrc on the guaranteed 3rd/5th slot famas mystery box. I was given an error message saying failed purchase please try again later every time I tried purchasing that item so I reloaded the game to retry. I loaded back in and the 1700 was taken from my total but the item wasn't added to my inbox. 

SO I fill out papaya play's submit a ticket form to get help for this and after filling everything out adequately the ticket won't go through. I click on the green submit button it brings me to a window that says waiting for server response then brings me right back to the ticket submission screen without any tickets appearing in the "my tickets" section.

You should try to use another browser. Maybe its browser related and FireFox / Opera / Chrome or what ever will fix ticket ur issue :)
