Keep Dc when I leave personal shop open......

Every time i leave personal shop open in ardeca and leave my pc, when i come back ive always been disconnected from the server?

    We've been having an increase in DC's since Helion's launch, but they are still random and rare. If you can, please send us a support ticket so we can track the issue and see if there's a pattern from users experiencing it, so we can resolve it at its source.

    how do i send a support ticket? also found i cant accept some NPC main quests. when i click confirm it doesnt accept it?

     That sounds like there is an increased ping/ms.

    In order to create a support ticket, use https://www.papayaplay.com/portal.do?tp=support.request.

    Make sure to include information such as:

    - Maps in which you’ve experienced lag or disconnect
    - Quests you are experiencing an issue with
    - Use the following tutorial to provide deeper insights into the issue (deeper network insights): http://forum.papayaplay.com/index.php?p=/discussion/360437/connection-issues-let-us-help-you

    If you can’t manage to follow the tutorial in link above, provide the speedtest results after you experience the issue.
