[BS-GLB NOTICE] Regarding the Unblocking Wave on BlackShot - 05/29/2020

Hello Everyone,

This was aligned with an event "Second Chance" we planned but the unblocks happened before we could get the event post up. 

More information will be shared when we put up the Event post but the basics of the event is as follows. 

History of the Event:

- We have changed the policies on Blocking Players in regards to Association with Hacktools and Playing with Hackers. 

- These users will be monitored and sent to our Developers and BattleEye for more confirmation of the Accounts in Question. 

- This mean our Manual blocks will be going down in regards to hacking/association with hacking/playing with hackers but this will allow our Developers and BattleEye more information to stop the the hacks in general instead of just manually removing the hackers. 

- We have been trying this new system for a month now and we have seen a lot of promising effects with the combined efforts of our Developers and BattleEye and we hope the relationship will keep providing positive output.

Specifics of the Event: 

- We have seen positive effects in regards to our combat of the BSDB hacks out on the market so we have made the decision to unblock players that have been blocked for Investigation/Association/ Playing with Hackers. 

- Any players blocked for Investigation/Association/ Playing with Hackers between Jan 01, 2019 - May 20,2020 were unblocked for further investigation. 

Conclusion:

- This doesn't mean we are going easier on Hackers and Hacking this just is a better long term method to remove hacking and methods from our service. 

- Our GM team might not be giving out as many manual blocks for Hacking but they will be working closely with our Developer Team and BattleEye team.

- Please continue to let our GMs know about hackers and tools the community finds and still report them on Support system!

As seguintes mudanças foram aplicadas com o evento ‘’Segunda Chance’’, mas os desbloqueios ocorreram antes que pudéssemos publicar o evento.

Mais informações serão compartilhadas quando publicarmos o anúncio do evento, mas o básico do evento é o seguinte.

Histórico do Evento:

- Alterámos as políticas de bloqueio de jogadores no que diz respeito à associação de Hacktools e ao jogar com hackers em Competitivo e Clan War.

- Estes jogadores são agora monitorizados e enviados aos nossos Programadores e BattleEye para obter mais confirmação das Contas em questão.

- Isso significa que os nossos bloqueios manuais diminuirão em relação a hackers / associação com hackers / jogar com hackers em Competitivo e Clan War, mas isso permitirá que os nossos programadores e o BattleEye obtenham mais informações para parar os hacks em geral, em vez de apenas os remover manualmente.

- Estamos a testar este novo sistema há um mês e vimos muitos efeitos promissores com os esforços combinados dos nossos programadores e do BattleEye e esperamos que o relacionamento continue produzindo resultados positivos.

Detalhes do evento:

- Vimos efeitos positivos em relação ao combate de hacks de BSDB no jogo, por isso tomámos a decisão de desbloquear jogadores bloqueados para Investigação / Jogar com hackers em Competitivo e Clan War.

- Todos os jogadores bloqueados por Investigação / Jogar com hackers em Competitivo e Clan War entre 01 de Janeiro de 2019 e 20 de maio de 2020 foram desbloqueados para novas investigações.

Conclusão:

- Isso não significa que vamos baixar a guarda com os hackers, e este é apenas um melhor método a longo prazo para remover hackers e métodos de nosso serviço.

- A nossa equipa GM pode não estar disponibilizando tantos bloqueios manuais por Hacking, mas vão continuar a trabalhar com a nossa equipa de programadores e a equipa do BattleEye.

- Por favor, continue informando os nossos GMs sobre hackers e ferramentas encontradas pela comunidade e continuem a reportar os mesmos através do nosso sistema de suporte!

Hallo alle zusammen,

dies steht im Einklang mit einem von uns geplanten Event "Zweite Chance", leider erfolgte die Entbannung, bevor wir die Ergebnisse veröffentlichen konnten.

Weitere Informationen werden folgen, sobald wir den Event-Post erstellt haben. Die Grundlagen des Events sind jedoch wie folgt:

Geschichte des Events:

- Wir haben die Richtlinien für das Bannen eines Accounts geändert:

- Diese User werden überwacht und an unsere Entwickler und BattleEye gesendet, um eine weitere Bestätigung der betreffenden Accounts zu erhalten.

- Dies bedeutet, dass unsere manuellen Banns in Bezug auf Hacking / Assoziation mit Hacking / Spielen mit Hackern sinken werden. Dies ermöglicht unseren Entwicklern und BattleEye jedoch mehr Informationen, um die Hacks im Allgemeinen zu stoppen, anstatt die Hacker nur manuell zu bannen.

- Wir probieren dieses neue System seit einem Monat aus und haben mit den gemeinsamen Anstrengungen unserer Entwickler und BattleEye vielversprechende Effekte erzielt. Wir hoffen, dass dieses System weiterhin positive Ergebnisse liefern wird.

Besonderheiten dieses Events:

- Wir haben positive Auswirkungen in Bezug auf unseren Kampf gegen die BSDB-Hacks auf dem Markt gesehen, daher haben wir beschlossen, Spieler zu entbannen, die für Association / Spielen mit Hackern gesperrt wurden.

- Alle Spieler, die zwischen dem 01. Januar 2019 und dem 20. Mai 2020 für Association / Spielen mit Hackern gesperrt waren, wurden entsperrt.

Fazit:

- Dies bedeutet nicht, dass wir es Hackern leichter machen. Es bleibt verboten.

- Unser GM-Team wird weiterhin eng mit unserem Entwicklerteam und dem BattleEye-Team zusammen arbeiten.

- Bitte informieren Sie unsere GMs weiterhin über Hacker und Tools, die die Community findet, und melden Sie diese bitte weiterhin im Support-System!

Cela va de pair avec l'evenement "Second Chance" que nous avons plannifier mais les déblocages sont arrivés avant que nous pouvions publier l'evenement.

 

Plus d'informations seront partagées lorsque nous afficherons le message de l'événement, mais les bases de l'événement sont les suivantes.

 

Historique de l'Evement:

- Nous avons changés la politique concernant les joueurs bloqués pour cause d'Association avec des outils de piratages ou jouer avec des Hackeurs.

- Ces utilisateurs seront surveillés et envoyés à nos développeurs et Battleye pour plus de confirmation des comptes en question.

- Cela signifie que nos blocages manuels diminueront en ce qui concerne le piratage/l'association avec le piratage/jouer avec les hackeurs, mais cela permettra à nos développeurs et à BattleEye plus d'informations pour arrêter les hacks en général au lieu de simplement supprimer manuellement les hackeurs.

- Nous essayons ce nouveau système depuis un mois maintenant et nous avons vu beaucoup d'effet prometteurs avec les efforts combinés de nos développeurs et de BattleEye et nous espérons que la relation continuera à fournir une sortie positive.

 

Spécificités de l'événement:

- Nous avons vu des effets positifs en ce qui concerne notre combat contre les hacks BSDB sur le marché, nous avons donc pris la décision de débloquer les joueurs qui ont été bloqués pour Investigation / Association / Jouer avec des hackeurs.

- Tous les joueurs bloqués pour enquête / association / jeu avec des pirates entre le 1er janvier 2019 et le 20 mai 2020 ont été débloqués pour une enquête plus approfondie.

 

Conclusion:

- Cela ne signifie pas que nous allons aller plus doucement avec les hackeurs et sur le piratage, c'est juste une meilleure méthode à long terme pour supprimer le piratage et les méthodes de notre service.

- Notre équipe GM ne distribuera peut-être pas autant de blocs manuels pour le piratage, mais elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de développeurs et notre équipe BattleEye.

- Merci de continuer à informer nos GM des hackeurs et des outils trouvés par la communauté et de les signaler sur le système de support!
