-URGENT-Freezing problem

• I have 2 computers and one is well equipped ,
  

• one is poorly equipped,

• both of them are windows 10,

• they are played very well in poorly equipped but there are occasional freezes and cracks in the well-equipped,

• internet condition is very good.
