Railroad investment bonuses reduced to start again

Hi,

My alt has invested about 10B in the railroads:approx 1B in each and one 2,3B+.. Now he does not get any bonuses for his investments.  Tow tickets, usually 16 are now back to 10 per day.  
Railroad destinations used to be all destinations, now he can only go from Omaha to Sacramento
gets minimum amount of transportation on railroads...
Whats up?
