bighead gun balance

As you all might know a couple of guns are very OP when used in bighead mode.

DBR_Snake(!), MP7A1 and TAR_21 j ust to nama a few.

These guns seem to have an insane hitdamage when used in bighead.

I think this should be looked into and rebalanced.

Probably will never get fixed, but felt the need to point it out.
