The La Tale Exe installer wont run on my PC

Hello when trying to install the game through the download at this link (https://latale.papayaplay.com/latale.do?tp=download) the exe file when double clicked dose not launch and nothing happens. i have also tried running the program as administrator and the same thing happens. I am not getting any error messages just nothing.

my PC specs

CPU: i7-9700k

GPU: NVIDIA Ge-force RTX 2080

Memory: 32 GB

2 drives one for OS (NVMe SSD) and one for games (hard drive)

Windows 10
