Compensation for Server Disconnection (July 30th, 2020)

Ahoy Captain,

We experienced server disconnection starting at 1:00am, July 30th, 2020, and users were not able to log back in until around 7:00am that day. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by this, and will make sure this won't happen again.

We would like to offer a compensation item as an apology. Here are the details:

Compensation Item:
image Voyager's Amulet (No.4) × 1

You will obtain one of the following items randomly when open it:

image Voyager Amulet x5
image New Age Lottery x2
image Anniversary Ticket x2
image Voyager's Ticket (No.2) x5
image Pegasus Feather x3
image Emergency Shipbuilding Request x5
image Large Ship Blueprint x5
image Shipwreck Map Piece x5
imageSpecial Sail Paint Type 10 x2
imageFireworks Ticket (No.1) x20

Period:
Until the maintenance starts on August 5th (PDT)

How to Receive It:
Log in the game and you will receive it automatically once a day per character.
* The day resets at midnight (PDT).
* Your character total level has to be 21 or higher to be eligible to receive the item.
* If your Inventory is full, first make room and then talk to any Port Official to claim the item.
