i just found this sentence was something wrong.

papaya isn't responsible for that, Koei is. The original version of this game is in Japanese (Japan server). The game was brought to North America in the english version like 4-5 years later. There's many typos and mis-translations in it. Not much to worry about but funny to find when you do.
