Received notification "Abnormal action was detected" and got Global Ban

Hi,can someone help me to explain what happen here? Its been a year since I last played Blackshot and today,I get to played again.Was just about 2 or 3 matches that i played and then I got "Global Ban" because "Abnormal action was detected" while I was playing. Please someone help me with this matter.I spent a lot of money on this character and played for a long time already. And I dont use hack.I dont even know how to hack or using bugs or glitches or whatever. Please help recover my character and please repair this issue ASAP as I am not the only one got ban for no reason.
