AWP red dragon- permanent weapon that seems useless

Hi, please kindly improve the capabilities of AWP red dragon such that it can at least quick scope as quickly as a cash sniper, and has far more ability to 1 shot kill enemies. The time to scope in and fire a shot is drastically slower than most sniper rifles too. This weapon was bought for at least $230 SGD. The least that you can do would be to bring it forward and improve it since the meta has now changed. Thank you.
