DO_BITEM_CHANGE ERROR!!

Dear Papaya,

I'm Experiencing an failure in the WarRock item shop, I have a 5th slot item still usable for 250 days, but I can not insert a weapon there. Every time I try to put a weapon in the 5th slot, it says thew following error: DO_BITEM_CHANGE ERROR!!
 I want you to help me so I can finally use the 5th slot again and play the game.
