add spanish language

It would be a good idea to patch the game to the Spanish language, since there are many players who do not understand English so much and that makes the experience in the game difficult for us,
even if it is the texts to be able to have a pleasant gaming experience!!

This was suggested  on GAMA a few times. The only problem is, each server can only run in one language, because otherwise it would be a logistical nightmare full of potential glitches. The only thing I can suggest is the same one: Create your own Spanish speaking chat room(s), or form a company of Spanish speaking players.
