Mystery Box 4

Hi, I purchased 200 mystery box 4 in Sacramento on Oct 6. In opening them, there were no Master's Secret items found but five Large Ship Blueprints awarded in the 200 boxes. Large Ship Blueprints are not included in the Mystery Box 4 description. Has there been a change? If so is there a mystery box that contains Master's Secret items?
