permanently wepons

hello, warrock community.
I have a serious problem with weapons,
5 of the permanent mine now expire.
I tried to send tickets
but I haven't risloto yet.
even sending my Transaction History the ADMINs of the game are not enough. the issue of permanent weapons seems very deliberate.
Has anyone had my problem and how did they solve it?
what do you think of the matter?
