What time on the 21st will we be able to run the launcher?

Could someone tell me what time the server closes on nexon on the 20th and how long until we can run the new launcher through papaya? and has anyone had issues downloading the new launcher?

    The server time is listed on the site here so its more less midnight on the 21st. plus from what I see the launcher is ok but I think u might need 64bit. Not sure though as Ive only seen one report of probs with 32 bit. Lol
