Can't migrate my account

Hi all, i am having problem while trying to migrate my account to papayaplay :/

When i click to verify the account i get this

EITHER THERE'S NO IN-GAME CHARACTER AVAILABLE FOR MIGRATION 
OR AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN [ HERE ]

Clicking Here only goes back to the step 1 of account migration.

Can anyone help me?

its the same windows when i try to transfer can u fix it guys ?
