[HELP] Payment/Gems Problems

Hello soldiers,

With the new portal any issues concerned with Payments/Gems purchases need to be solved on our new Billing Customer Support System by Support Ticket or by Live Chat as you can see bellow:

1 - Go to our Portal https://blackshot.papayaplay.com/blackshot.do and click on the top on Charge;

2 - On the BSC Shop page select one the BSC Amounts to buy as you were going to make a new purchase;

3 - On the new windon click on the bottom on Contact us and Select Live Chat or Submit a ticket;



4 - If you select the Live Chat option, one of the Agents will help you to solve your problem within a maximum waiting period of 4 min. The Live Chat works 24/7 all year and supports 20 languages;



5 - If you choose to Submit a Ticket, you need to insert your account's ID, your contact email, the transaction ID of your BSC charge and a small description of the problem;

Com a introdução do novo portal do Blackshot, qualquer assunto relacionado com Pagamentos/BSC terá que ser resolvido através do nosso Billing Customer Support System através de Support Ticket ou através de Live Chat como podem ver em baixo:

1 - Vá até ao nosso Portal https://blackshot.papayaplay.com/blackshot.do e click em cima em BSC Shop;


2 - Na página BSC Shop seleccione a quantia a comprar como se fosse fazer uma nova compra;

3 - Na nova janela click em baixo em Contact us e selecione Live Chat ou Submit a ticket;

4 - Se seleccionar a opção Live Chat, um dos operadores irá ajudá-lo a resolver o assunto num tempo de espera inferior a 4 min. O Live Chat funciona 24/7 durante todo o ano e suporta 20 línguas;

5 - Se escolher Submit a Ticket (enviar 1 ticket), terá que introduzir o ID da sua conta, o seu email, o ID da transação do seu carregamento de BSC e uma pequena descrição do problema;

Avec le nouveau portail tout les problèmes qui concernent les Paiements/BSC doivent être résolus sur notre nouveau système de soutien de facturation client par ticket de support ou par chat en direct comme vous pouvez le voir ci-dessous :

1 - Allez sur notre portail https://blackshot.papayaplay.com/blackshot.do et cliquez en haut sur ​​la Boutique BSC;

2 - Sur la page Boutique BSC sélectionnez un montant BSC à acheter comme si vous alliez faire un nouvel achat;

3 - Sur la nouvelle fenêtre cliquez tout en bas sur Contactez-nous et Sélectionnez Live Chat ou soumettre un billet;

4 - Si vous sélectionnez l'option de chat en direct, l'un des agents va vous aider à résoudre votre problème dans un délai d'attente maximum de 4 min. Le Live Chat fonctionne 24/7 toute l'année et prend en charge 20 langues;
