[Missing items] GamersFirst 10 year items

We have heard many requests regarding certain items obtained from two publishers ago, i.e. Gold Famas, TMP9, AK47 SW, Medic Boxes, Ammo Boxes, Adrenaline, and Smoke Grenade.

As some of you are aware we have had a few missing item issues and we are working on rectifying each one.

We have delayed dealing with this specific case as we had to try and get in contact with previous publishers and users in this situation should still have their items for many years (just not showing a blank time duration – what you guys call permanent).

These items that were sold by a previous publisher were for 10 years with the possibility of extending this duration by contacting that publisher. However, as you all know the game has since changed hands two times. Even though we did not sell you these items, nor make you the promises that GamersFirst did, as a gesture of goodwill we are going to extend these item durations.

Unfotunately, we were only given the data from Nexon and not GamersFirst and we are unable to obtain the list of users that purchased these items. Therefore, if you are one of the affected users please send us a ticket with some proof (screenshots of your current items, etc.) and we will further assist you.

If you still have any missing items, we sincerely do apologize and rest assured we are working towards solving each and every case.
