[Global HGMs] Update to our current team & search for new HGMs

Hello Soldiers,

We regret to inform you that [HGM]Skateboard, [HGM]Pain and [HGM]MaskedMan are no longer part of the team. 

[HGM]Skateboard was a vital member of the team since the very start when we took over as the Publisher. He has helped us shape and improve countless aspects of the game. Even though [HGM]Pain and [HGM]MaskedMan were not with us as long as [HGM]Skateboard, they still managed to help us accomplish many improvements that you see in-game today. Their hard work and dedication have left an impact not only on the game but also on all of the users they helped. They will leave some big shoes to fill for future HGMs. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors and can't say enough how much we appreciated the time and effort they dedicated to help improve the game and support our community! 

That being said, we are very excited to search for our next set of HGMs! We know that there are many dedicated and knowledgeable users out there that want to help not only further improve the game, but also help their fellow community members. We are searching for a few members of the community to join our War Rock Team, specifically for the Global server. 

*This will be a non-paying/volunteer position.

As our ideal candidate, you must:

- Be a user that currently has access to the Global server

- Be flexible and reliable with scheduling. (We run a 24/7 operation)

- Be able to speak English fluently 

- Be at least 18 years old

- Have a good gaming knowledge

- Be able to communicate effectively with users on multiple platforms: forums, discord, tickets, in-game
